How to buy an Extend warranty for my e-bike?
For orders on URLIFE official website, you can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty need corresponding payment. You can also contact our customer service team for more details.
How long does it take to charge an e-bike fully?
It takes about 6-7 hours to fully charge the E20 e-bike with the charger included in the package.
Is my E20 pre-assembled?
The E20 is partially assembled. All you need to do is some simple assembly of the front wheel, front fender, handlebars, pedals, and other parts according to the instructions. You can download the E20 user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
Does my height/weight suit E20?
The recommended rider height for E20 is 5'3" ~ 6'1"; The total payload capacity of E20 is 265 lbs (not including the bike weight).

So I have my e20 for a couple of months and was enjoying it until the rod that goes through the wheel the holds the front wheel on the fork bent and the front wheel comes off and the bike flips i have 4 rib fractures and a face injury as well plus road rash do not recommend not safe it did not comes as in everything was still in tact on the wheel only Picture I have rn I wish I had one for the wheel
Follow up from my previous review, I finally recieved a new throttle, omg, the difference it's made is amazing, as I mentioned on my previous review, I have arthritis in both knee's, now with the less responsive throttle I can safely ride the bike, looking forward to cycling again all be it with assistance, thank you URLIFE 😊
Bought this bike as it was recommended to me as I have Arthritis in both knee's, I haven't been on a bike for over 3 year's and would like to try and strengthen my knee's, however, the throttle that came with the bike is way too sensitive, the bike actually lurched forward very very fast, I've messaged the seller and they've agreed to send me another throttle that's less sensitive, so I'm hoping to receive it some time next week, they said the current to the battery was too high on this batch, I'm really hoping they send me a replacement throttle as I need it, but time will tell, delivery was amazingly fast, assembly was a bit tricky for me but I had help when needed, the bike is very stylish and I've had a couple of compliments about it, I'm just waiting for the new less sensitive throttle to arrive before I actually ride it, hence the 4 out of 5 stars, my husband now wants one but he's waiting to see if I get the replacement throttle first.
