How much does shipping cost?

FREE shipping on all orders.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.Orders placed after 14:00 in the GT+8 time zone will be processed the next day.
Note: For pre-orders of new products, please refer to the shipping date indicated on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

3-7 business days. (Note: We ship from our warehouses in Los Angeles and New Jersey in the United States; for Europe, we ship from our warehouse in Łazy, Poland; and for the UK, we ship from our warehouse in Birmingham.)
If you need to cancel your order after placing it, you must inform us within 12 hours.

What countries do you ship to?

US and European only.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:

How will my delivery be shipped?

We cooperate with many logistics providers, including DHL, DPD, USPS, FedEx, and various trucking companies. We will determine which logistics provider to use based on your address. If you have a preference for a specific logistics company, please contact us promptly.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Regarding taxes and fees?

For any orders placed through urlife, urlife is responsible for handling taxes according to the order address. If you need to handle taxes yourself, please contact urlife.

Notes:

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. urlifebike will not replace the order or issue a refund.

PO Box Restrictions: Electric vehicles are large items, and courier companies (FedEx/UPS) cannot deliver them to post office boxes (NO PO Boxes).
