Refund policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than https://urlifebike.com/, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that the return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.


Cancellation

Customers may receive a full refund if they request to cancel an order within 24 hours and before the item has been shipped.

If a customer requests a refund—either after the item has been shipped or more than 24 hours after the order was placed—we will charge for shipping costs incurred, as well as a 5% transaction fee.


Return

The return service is currently available to US/European orders only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is complete, unused, and in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund.

If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

In case of quality issues, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of you receiving the item.

Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our urlifebike Support via service@urlifebike.com to obtain instructions to return.

Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

You’ll be charged for shipping and a transaction fee (5% Service Fee) in the event of a return on orders.
Return Process
Contact urlifebike Support at service@urlifebike.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

 

Refund

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via service@urlifebike.com .


Return Shipping Cost

NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse.
No Reason to Return After 30 Days
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Due to product quality issues and problems with the goods caused by the logistics carrier, URLIFE will bear the shipping costs. For issues caused by human factors, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Urlifebike warranty policy does not apply to:
Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
Used for special applications other than normal consumer use
Lost/stolen/free/refunded product
Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes
IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to issue
  • Products returned don’t include all of the original packaging and accessories.
  • Products return damages caused by misuse or improper packaging during the return process.
  • Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
  • Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product to our customer service.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Period: You can return your package at any time within 30 days of placing your order.

Order Cancellation: You can apply to cancel your order within 1 business day of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. (If the consumer initiates a cancellation request before the shipment date, and it is within the website's designated cancellation period, the order can be cancelled.)
Return Policy: Packages must be in their original packaging and undamaged. The goods themselves must be undamaged. Bicycles must have been ridden within 5km to be eligible for return.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and the processing time will be based on the original payment method.
