Controller

Avoid this company! I purchased a controller box separately as a spare part (Order #U1154) in December 2025. It recently stopped working and has a clear component defect. When I contacted their customer service, they lied to me and claimed the warranty on parts is only 3 months. However, their official website clearly states under the Warranty Policy: 'Original URLIFE parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.' Even on the controller product page, it explicitly says '1-year warranty'. My purchase was less than a year ago, so it is fully covered by their own published terms.

Instead of honoring their warranty, they use copy-paste replies, fake apologies, and irrelevant questions like asking for my e-bike order number, even though I repeatedly told them I only bought the controller part. They are practicing warranty fraud and trying to wear me down by delaying the process. Since they refuse to send a replacement, I am officially reporting them to Konsumentverket and filing a formal case with ARN here in Sweden. Do not buy from them, they do not respect consumer rights or their own warranty!"
